Team Lead
Description:
3 Handsome Gents provides three core services: Window Cleaning, Gutter cleaning, and exterior pressure washing. We’re looking for a dependable, motivated Team Lead to guide a small crew and deliver top-quality window cleaning services. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and enjoys working outdoors in a fast-paced environment.
Pay:
$20/hr
15% commissions on all individual sales.( Uncapped earnings)
Requirements:
Valid Class 5 Drivers license
Reliable access to a vehicle through out the day
Hours:
20-40 Hours per week depending on weather conditions, seasonality and availability.
Attention:
This position is temporary. The job will conclude on September 1st,2026.
